In Tom’s latest, titled Darkest Miriam, Severence breakout actress Britt Lower stars as a librarian who leads a dull existence while also quietly dealing with the loss of her father. Miriam snaps out of it when she strikes up a romance with a cab driver, played by Mercier. At the same time that the two get together, Miriam begins receiving threatening letters in the mail, leading her down a mysterious path that’s a far cry from her former boring life.
Tom is always good for spicing things up! First we saw his impressive package in the little known 2019 indie Synonymes, then in superstar gay director Luca Guadagnino’s series We Are Who We Are, and now in Darkest Miriam. Mercier’s new nude scene goes down 30 minutes into the flick when he stands fully naked opposite Britt with everything on display.
