Wiggle is an annual Canadian Wearable Art & Performance Festival celebrating the avant-garde, drag & of course — the Wig!
Canadian drag and LGBTQ+ nightlife legends, The House Of Venus, will share story with their documentary film VENUS ENVY, followed by a celebration of talented performers ready to Wiggle it! Featuring special performances by Windsor Rock Legend, Nancy Drew of Luxury Christ fame, International Jazz Star Geneviève “Gigi” Marentette, Toronto Burlesque Starlet Dolly Berlin, Drag Icon and first lady of Venus Luka, International dancer and choreographer Andrew Tay, Local Drag Star, Epoxy and from Toronto, The Dynamic Glamour Queen Tynomi Banks of Canada’s Drag Race.

In the early 90’s The Venus posse got their start through the Windsor Art scene putting on theme parties at the Spotted Dog, Vertigo and many other local venues while also heading across the boarder to Detroit where they were showcasing Venus Fashions and Gender-bending.
They left for Vancouver in 1995 embarking on their pursuit to travel the world spreading their vision of love, expression and creating queer community. They always had the intention to return and after three decades that time is finally upon us.
